These terms govern your use of the Bel Air Dumpster Rental Solutions website and the rental services we provide. By booking a dumpster or using this site, you agree to the terms below. They're written to keep expectations clear for both of us.

Rental agreement

Each dumpster rental is subject to a separate rental agreement confirmed at the time of booking. That agreement covers your rental period, included weight allowance, pricing, and the delivery and pickup schedule. These website terms supplement, but do not replace, your rental agreement.

Pricing and payment

Quotes are based on the size, rental duration, load type, and weight you describe. Your flat quote includes delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the stated weight allowance. Loads exceeding that allowance, prohibited materials, or extended rental periods may incur additional charges, which we will communicate to you.

Acceptable use of containers

You agree not to place prohibited materials in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, liquids, wet paint, tires, batteries, medical waste, flammable or explosive materials, and appliances containing refrigerant. Do not fill containers above the fill line or overload beyond the agreed weight. You are responsible for the contents placed in the container while it is in your possession.

Placement and property

You are responsible for identifying a safe, legal, and accessible placement location and for any required permits when a container is placed on a public street. While we take care to protect your property, you acknowledge that placing a heavy container may involve normal wear to surfaces, and we are not liable for damage arising from placement locations you direct us to use.

Permits

Dumpsters placed on private property in Bel Air and Harford County typically do not require a permit. Placement on a public street or right-of-way may require a permit from the appropriate local authority. Securing any required permit is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
